Abstract |
The focus of the report is to summarize the development and status of the fish acute toxicity syndrome (FATS) research effort. Thus far, FATS associated with nonpolar narcotics, polar narcotics, oxidative phosphorylation uncouplers, respiratory membrane irritants, acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitors, cyclodiene insecticides, pyrethroid insecticides, and strychnine have been described. |
