The report reviews the Draft Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report for the City of Los Angeles Wastewater Treatment Facilities Plan. The EIS/EIR summary and full report present the environmental, economic and social effects of wastewater facility planning decisions which will affect over 3.4 million persons living in the City of Los Angeles and contract cities, and involve capital costs in excess of 300 million dollars over the next five years. |
