| Abstract |
State Review Framework (SRF) oversight reviews of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) were conducted August through October 2012 by EPA Region 5 permitting and enforcement staff. The Clean Water Act National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (CWA-NPDES) program was reviewed under both SRF and PQR. The Clean Air Act (CAA) Stationary Source and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Subtitle C programs were reviewed only under SRF. SRF findings are based on file metrics derived from file reviews, data metrics, and conversations with program staff. |
