Abstract |
This collection of papers suggests means to protect flows under existing water law and projects developments in water law regarding instream flows. Also included is a matrix of strategies for protecting flows under the law. Topics include western water law, the Appropriation Doctrine, equity law and potential future developments in western water law. The papers resulted from a panel presentation July 13, 1977, at the annual conference of the Western Association of Game and Fish Commissioners and the Western Division of the American Fisheries Society, in Tucson, Arizona. |
