Abstract |
This Report provides guidance on how to use the Industrial Source Complex Short Term (ISCST3) model to estimate concentrations of air toxic pollutants for urban-wide analyses. Urban areas contain major sources and numerous smaller, area sources. As a result modeling analyses poses special challenges. Section 1 provides guidance and recommendations on specific issues for urban-wide analyses of air toxics. Section 2 provides an overview of two applications of the Industrial Source Complex Short Term (ISCST3) model to urban-wide studies. Appendices A and B provide demonstration of the methodology for two example applications. |
