| Abstract |
The study was performed with the following objectives: (1) evaluation of increasing the usable life of landfills; (2) assess alternatives for disposal; (3) evaluate central baling/transfer facility against direct haul; (4) assess new methods of manure and leaf disposal; (5) perform market for recyclables; (6) define costs productive methods for improved refuse collection. This document addresses extending the life of landfill, future disposal alternatives, manure and leaf disposal, materials recovery, and solid waste collection. |
