| Abstract |
The properties, uses, production processes and history of polybrominated biphenyls are dealt with in this report. The health and environmental hazards associated with polybrominated biphenyls are examined. Although no longer produced in large quantities, regulatory action is necessary for the clean-up of residues and for the control of any further production and use. |
