| Abstract |
Water quality management in its broader sense is discussed in terms of the future, for it appears to be more a concept than a practice. The development of it as a practice is a major need and a major challenge of the next decade. It embodies a set of procedures for keeping each segment of the surface water resource in the continuous dynamic balance necessary to meet the requirements of each significant use and next use. The report discusses the trends of future management. |
