| Abstract |
The Regional Administrators of Regions 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9 and 10 are today issuing final National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) general permits for storm water discharges associated with construction activity. These permits which replace the expired permits, authorize the discharge of pollutants in storm water runoff from construction activities in accordance with the terms and conditions of these permits. |
