Abstract Control Technique Guidelines (CTG) are issued for volatile organic compound (VOC) equipment leaks from natural gas/gasoline processing plants to inform Regional, State, and local air pollution control agencies of reasonably available control technology (RACT) for development of regulations necessary to attain the national ambient air quality standard for ozone. This document contains information on RACT environmental and cost impacts.
