| Abstract |
This report provides data on solvent cleaning equipment and emissions for nine counties in two urban oxidant nonattainment areas near Chicago and East St. Louis, Illinois. A telephone survey of over 500 facilities in 12 SIC categories was performed in a representative sample area to obtain data that was projected to the nine counties. The purpose of this study is to provide sufficient data for a determination of equivalency between the presumptive norm of U.S. EPA's solvent metal cleaning CTG document and IEPA's Rule 205(K). |
