Abstract The decision document presents the selected remedial actions for two sites, Landfill 4 (LF4) and the Solvent Refined Coal Pilot Plant (SRCPP), located on the Fort Lewis Military Reservation, Pierce County, Washington. The selected remedy for LF4 includes treatment of suspected sources of groundwater contamination, treatment of contaminated groundwater, groundwater monitoring, and implementation of institutional controls to protect human health and the environment during remedial action.
