| Abstract |
The analyses of chemical and radiation induced chromosome mutations and of the molecular mutation mechanism with simple test systems are important decision aids in the choice of agents which are to be tested in mammal research. The advantages and disadvantages of the various testing methods are reviewed in detail in this report. |
