| Abstract |
The purpose of this User's Manual is to provide the State and Regional Offices of the Environmental Protection Agency necessary information on the use of the Model State Information System. This manual was written as both a reference guide to be used after a SWORCC training team has presented its courses to the user State or Regional Offices and as an educational tool and reference for the personnel who did not attend those courses. |
