| Abstract |
Four groups of 25 male rats were exposed in a similar manner to air and served as controls. Ten rats from each group were subjected to a clinical laboratory evaluation following the twentieth exposure. Five of these rats from each group received a second clinical laboratory evaluation after a fourteen-day recovery period. For each formulation tested, five rats per group (including control groups) were sacrificed for histopathological examination on the last day of exposure and at fourteen days and three, six, and twelve months post-exposure. |
