The BACT/LAER clearinghouse is a collection of summaries of permits issued by State, local and EPA Regional Offices. The document is revised annually and the data submitted is submitted voluntarily by the above mentioned agencies. The clearinghouse is available in both hard copy form and through the automated system. This document is a user's manual that explains the method to retrieve the data through the automated system. |
