| Abstract |
The manual provides a comprehensive and computerized system for assessing the noise problems of a community and then planning a noise control strategy for its abatement. The purpose of this manual is to provide a guide to various presentation techniques for all the data generated by the Community Noise Assessment Manual. In this way effective communication of noise data to elected officials, administrators and other community personnel will be facilitated. |
