Abstract |
This guide is designed to bring students and their educational process into direct contact with their society and their community. The activities contained in this guide utilize a process of inquiry which will lead the student to acquire knowledge and skills needed to understand and solve the problems of his environment. Volumes I and II are concerned with only one aspect of the environmental problem, water pollution. The four areas dealt with in volume I are the hydrologic cycle, human activities, ecological perspectives, and social and political factors. |
