Abstract EPA urban dispersion models were modified to consider multiple station information on wind speed and direction. Three models were modified: the Real-Time Air-Quality-Simulation Model (RAM) and the Sampled-Chronological Input Model (SCIM), both short-term averaging models, and the Climatological Dispersion Model (CDM), a long term averaging model. This report contains the appendices and computer program listings.
