| Abstract |
This course is for experienced personnel responsible for developing, implementing or managing safety programs for hazardous waste clean-up operations, treatment, storage and disposal facilities, or responding to chemical emergencies. This advanced course compliments EPA basic safety courses and provides a forum for information and idea exchanges among instructors and participants on hazardous waste operations and emergency response safety topics. Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to organize essential information into a site-specific safety plan and better understand the decision-making associated with hazardous waste operations and emergency response safety programs. |
