The manual is intended to serve as a guide to the types of information that are appropriate to include in closure and postclosure plans. EPA has developed closure and post-closure performance standards as part of the Interim Status Standards - Subpart G, Closure Post-Closure Requirements. The guidance document accompanies only these portions of the regulations which were issued on May 19, 1980 and the technical amendment to those regulations. |
