| Abstract |
The notice is to inform all petitioners for pesticide tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) of submission requirements for pesticide analytical methods. A petition involving new analytical methods for determining pesticide residues in agricultural commodities or processed foods must include results of a successful confirmatory method trial by an independent laboratory. |
