| Abstract |
This report provides the results of a study by Burns and Roe Industrial Services Corporation to revise EPA effluent limitations guidelines for the paving, roofing, and flooring point source categories. The study provides a profile of the industry, the results of a survey of the industry, a summary of the industries wastewater characterization, a description of water treatment technology, and a study of the costs, energy, and non-water quality aspects of this technology. |
