This serves as a single, concise reference to all of the SDWIS reporting requirements under the Public Water Supply Supervision program. Reporting requirements of state decisions, violations, public notification, and enforcement actions under the following rules are covered: Total Coliform; Surface Water Treatment; Lead and Copper; Phase I, II, IIV, and V; and Unregulated Contaminants. The document also serves as a baseline reference document for the Data Sharing Committee and a technical reference document to be used by the Data Quality Team. |
