| Abstract |
A comparison is made of the quality of process water and product with and without water reuse in a modern poultry processing plant in Egypt. The need for water reclamation prior to reuse is indicated. The technical and regulatory potential for water reuse in poultry processing in the U.S. is reviewed. |
