The Public Participation and Planning Coordination: A Process Report is Appendix G of the Areawide Waste Treatment and Water Quality Management Plan for Southern Illinois. TheReport was prepared under Section 208 of the Water Pollution Control Act, as amended. It addresses the participation of the public in the formulation of the areawide waste treatment and water quality management plan for Southern Illinois. The impact of public participation on the Plan is identified, documented, and assessed in this Report. |
