| Abstract |
This document is the quality management plan for the entire EPA Office of Water. It describes the quality system used by the Office of Water and applies to all environmental programs within the Office of Water and to any activity within those programs that involves the collection or use of environmental data. This quality management plan supersedes the one approved by the Office of Water in 1995. It incorporates many of the long-established procedures used to successfully manage quality in the Office of Water and provides a practical approach to meeting the expanded goals of the EPA agency-wide quality system in the 21st century. A major goal of this plan is to provide a description of the quality system that is of value to the users in the Office of Water. |
