| Abstract |
The document presents guidance for the preparation of quality assurance (QA) plans by State and local air pollution control agencies required under the post 1987 ozone and carbon monoxide State Implementation Plans. The guidance discusses both required and recommended components for these QA plans. Major topics that are covered are as follows: QA policy statement, QA and the project organization, planning, data collection and analysis, data handling, data reporting, and QA auditing. |
