| Abstract |
Any refiner or importer planning to produce or import nonroad, locomotive, or marine (NRLM) diesel fuel containing 15 ppm sulfur or less after June 1, 2010 is required to submit to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA or the Agency) annual pre-compliance reports. Reports are due from 2005 through 2011 by June 1 of each year under the nonroad diesel sulfur regulations. This report summarizes the results of refiners June 2006 pre-compliance reports. |
