| Abstract |
The enabling document summarizes the standards that were promulgated in December 1990 (55 FR51010) for new stationary sources of polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, and poly (ethylene terephthalate) manufacturing industry. The basic purpose of the document is to assist the EPA regional enforcement personnel in the understanding of these regulations and the implementation plan for these regulations. Flow diagrams that can assist in the determination of the applicability of the standards to the sources are also included. |
