| Abstract |
The report identifies and evaluates data sources maintained by manufacturers, industry associations, consultants, and U.S. and state government agencies describing historical engine/equipment sales, equipment attrition rates (or scrappage), engine rebuild/replacement rates, equipment populations and usage, and other relevant parameters necessary to support an emission inventory forecasting model for nonroad mobile sources. |
