| Abstract |
This decision document presents the selected remedial action for the Fruit Avenue Plume Site (hereinafter, the 'Site'), in Albuquerque, New Mexico, developed in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980, as amended by the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA), ('CERCLA'), 42 U.S.C. sec 9601 et seq. and, to the extent practicable, the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan (NCP), 40 CFR Part 300 et. seq., as amended. This decision is based on the Administrative Record for the Site. The State of New Mexico concurs on the selected remedy. |
