| Abstract |
This letter constitutes a voluntary submission of information on behalf of The Standard Oil Company (Ohio) (herein 'Sohio'), to the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency. Sohio does not consider that this information reasonably supports the conclusion that there is a 'substantial risk of injury to health or the environment,' reportable to EPA pursuant to Section 8 (e) of the Toxic Substances Control Act, and specifically disclaims any contrary implication that might otherwise be drawn. Sohio is a vertically integrated petroleum company, engaged in the business of producing, transporting, and refining crude oil and transporting and marketing petroleum products. |
