| Abstract |
The report discusses the capabilities of equipment vendors to supply and install the quantity of flue gas desulfurization systems required to meet alternative standards for coal-fired steam generators. It analyzes limiting factors affecting supply capabilities (such as the availability of components, equipment, and skilled labor). It discusses guarantees that equipment vendors have made and are willing to make, and the penalties that they are willing to be assessed. |
