| Abstract |
A biological survey of the upper Patuxent River and certain key tributaries between the Maryland Route 97 Bridge near Roxbury Mills and the Maryland Route 4 Bridge near Wayson's Corner was made between September 5 and November 27, 1967. Samples were collected from 18 stations on the main stem of the Patuxent River and from 17 stations on six tributaries. Bottom organisms were selected as the primary indicators of biological water quality. |
