| Abstract |
A lecture manual for technicians and biologists who have responsibility for collection, identification and interpretation of findings of benthic communities in surveillance of the aquatic environment. This is intended as an introductory approach in benthic community analysis. Topics cover and emphasize benthic macroinvertebrate communities in fresh water, including sampling considerations, taxonomic analysis, sorting techniques, sampling handling, and data presentation and interpretation. |
