| Abstract |
Treatment of cultured cho cells with D4 did not result in statistically significant or dose-related increases in the frequencies of chromosomal aberrations either in the presence or in the absence of a rat liver S9 metabolic activation system. Therefore, D4 was not considered to be clastogenic under the conditions of this in vitro test. |
