| Abstract |
This notice provides guidance to people who sell or distribute pesticides on: (1) how to recognize pesticide products in their possession that do not comply with the Worker Protection Standard (WPS) requirements, (2) how to bring all applicable product labels into compliance with WPS requirements, so that such products may be legally sold and distributed after October 23, 1995, (3) required actions by registrants, wholesalers, and retailers in relabeling products, and (4) the deadline of October 23, 1996, by which all products within the scope of the WPS must bear final, printed WPS replacement labeling (not supplemental labeling as described in this notice). |
