Jefferson Parish has developed a new alternative for making improvements to its wastewater treatment facilities on the West Bank. Their preferred alternative consists of renovating and expanding the three largest treatment plants--Bridge City, Harvey, and Marrero-- with Parish generated funds. This supplement provides an environmental evaluation of the Parish's preferred alternative. |
