| Abstract |
This decision document presents the selected remedy for the Agriculture Street Landfill Superfund Site (site) in New Orleans, Louisiana. The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has determined that no further remedial actions are necessary to ensure the protection of human health and the environment on the remaining three of the five operable units originally identified as the site. The three operable units are the Undeveloped Property (OUl), Residential Properties (OU2), and the Shirley Jefferson Community Center (formerly known as Press Park Community Center - OU3). No further action is necessary because previous responses have eliminated the need for further remedial response. |
