| Abstract |
Electromyographic (EME) examination of dogs administered 300 mg/kg of body weight daily of MiBK, MEK, MCK:MnBK (9:1), MEK:MiBK (9:1) by subcutaneous injection for approximately eleven months did not demonstrate evidence of neurotoxicity. Examination of a group of dogs administered 300 mg/kg of body weight daily of MBK by subcutaneous injection demonstrated EMG changes in two out of three dogs recovering from MBK induced neuropathy. |
