Elf Atochem North America, Inc. (Elf Atochem) has received preliminary results of a bacterial reverse mutation assay and is submitting the results of this study to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) pursuant to Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 8(e). This study provides information on t-butyl peroctoate (CAS Registry Number 3006-82-4) and does not involve effects in humans. The report for this study has not been finalized at this time. The title of the study report is Salmone/Ia/Escherichia Coli Mutagenicity Assay. |
