| Abstract |
Acute oral toxicity was evaluated in 4 groups of 5 CF1 male rats receiving either ethyl acrylate bottoms, ethyl acrylate crude, ethyl acrylate refined no. 1, or ethyl acrylate refined no. 2 by oral gavage at unreported dose levels. Mortality was not reported. The oral LD50 values were 3500 mg/kg (bottoms), 1300 mg/kg (crude), and 1800 mg/kg (refined no. 1 and no. 2). Clinical observations revealed no toxic symptoms. Gross necropsy findings were not reported. |
