| Abstract |
The 11 individuals on the panel discussed the Toxic Substances Control Act, voicing their employer's concerns, interests, and wishes about this piece of legislation and its effects on them. In some cases they also voiced their private feelings and questions on the subject. The inventory list was a running theme throughout all of the discussion. Panelists expressed their opinions about how the inventory should be handled, what it should include, and questions remaining to be resolved in putting the list together and its handling afterwards. These individuals represented government, industry, and education. A question-and-answer session followed the panel discussion. |
