Abstract |
On June 21, 2002, the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposed national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) for wood building products (surface coating) (67 FR 34548) under authority of Section 112 of the Clean Air Act (Act). Public comments were received from 21 sources consisting mainly of wood building products manufacturers, coating manufacturers, various industry trade associations, and Government agencies. All of the comments that were submitted and the responses to these comments are summarized in this document. This summary is the basis for the revisions made to the standards between proposal and promulgation. |
