| Abstract |
This publication describes the Environmental Protection Agency's Summer Employment Program for Youth for the summer of 1976. It reiterates and supplements Civil Service information and regulations governing the program. Implementing programs of headquarters components and field installations should be developed along lines which will most effectively achieve the objectives of the overall program. The materials in this booklet should assist EPA managers and supervisors at all levels to lend full support to the Summer Employment Program for Youth. |
