| Abstract |
The work cited in this report is a successful application of systems analysis to solid waste management problems in Cleveland, Ohio, and is intended to illustrate the power of the 'systems approach' when properly applied. It is hoped that the work cited will be helpful to other communities in the solution of their solid waste management problems. (Modified author abstract) |
