Abstract The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) promulgated national emission standards for the control of emissions from all existing and new coke oven batteries. The document serves to assist enforcement and permitting personnel in EPA and State or local air pollution control agencies with implementing the regulation and responding to questions and comments on the rule and its requirements.
