| Abstract |
The report discusses the technique of direct dialysis of the blood to determine the presence of ammonium ions. The application of dialysis was made possible by the use of the Technicon automatic analyzer. The technique has the advantage of permitting a variety of successive operations to be performed, in addition to being automated. |
