| Abstract |
At the request of the Michigan Chemical Corporation, a 28-day sub acute dermal toxicity study was conducted with a brown solid identified as 2,4,6-Tribromophenol, Lot No. 3106. The following were investigated: mortality, reactions (pharmacotoxic symptoms and local skin reactions), effects on body weight, hematologic and clinical blood chemistry studies, urinalyses, gross and microscopic pathologic studies and organ weights and ratios. |
